What Is Most Useful to Send
We read everything that comes in, and corrections are the most useful thing we get. Prices move, opening hours change, roads close, and places shut down without telling anyone. If something here does not match what you found on the ground, we want to know.
Three details turn a report into something we can act on:
- Which page, or its web address.
- What you found instead, with the figure, the time, or the notice you saw.
- When you were there. A price from last week and a price from last year are different kinds of evidence, and we treat them differently.
If you have a link to an official source, a park notice, an operator’s page, or a government announcement, send that too. It is not required. A clear note from someone who was standing there is worth plenty on its own.
Suggestions and Questions
Tell us what is missing. If you looked for something on this site and could not find it, that is useful to hear, and requests shape what gets written next. Questions about a trip you are planning are welcome, though we answer as travelers who live here rather than as agents, and we will point you at a page rather than plan your itinerary.

What We Do Not Do
We are not a travel agency. We do not book trips, arrange tours, reserve accommodation, or sell insurance, and we cannot change or refund a booking you made elsewhere. If you are looking for an operator, our roundup of tour companies based in Colombia is a starting point, and you book with them directly.
We also do not take commissions for listing a business on this site. Nobody pays to be recommended here, which is the only way a recommendation is worth anything.
